01 Flat-pack shipping
Flat packed shipment means that the entire display rack is flat packed. This usually require the displays are very easy to assemble. We will offer simple structures so that most of the people can build them by themselves. Normally the display is designed as an ordinary shelf, which can be divided into three parts. They are ① the top head card, ② the body shelf, and ③ the bottom base.Cardboard display with this type of structure usually adopt a completely flat shipping method, and each part is flattened and packaged separately.
The advantages are: flat packaging, does not take up space, small volume, and low transportation costs.
02 Semi assembled shipping
Semi-assembled shipment: It means that the display rack is partially assembled and partially flat packed. Customer usually choose this option when the display body can be assembled individually and the products can be fixed very well, so the store staff just need to put the bottom base and the top header up when arriving to the store. These are easy to do. In this way customer can greatly save assembly time and labor cost relatively, compared to the shipping method 01. Also since the products packed into the display, customer no need to pay extra cost on product packaging cartons.
03 The product is assembled on the display rack and shipped in three dimensions
Assembled shipping: Customers send their products to our warehouse, our staff will put all the customer’s products on the pop display stand package them with sturdy outer packaging, and ship the products and display racks directly to the store .
In this shipping method, all products are placed on the display rack and then shipped. After reaching the destination supermarket, the outer box can be directly opened and put into use.
It is a good choice for companies that sell internationally. The display rack and the goods are put into the supermarket at the same time, which is very worry-free and labor-saving.
04 Summary
