1. Coated paper

Coated paper, also known as printed coated paper, is made by coating a layer of white slurry on base paper and calendering. It is mainly used for printing the covers and illustrations of high-end books and periodicals, color pictures, various exquisite commodity advertisements, samples, commodity packaging boxes, trademarks, etc.

Matte coated paper, which is less reflective than coated paper. This kind of paper has a certain stiffness and surface strength, especially the colored white board paper has a surface coating, the printing ink is not easy to penetrate, and the amount of printing ink is less, and the color and dot transfer of the printed image are good. But the disadvantage is that the flatness is poor and the printing speed is slow; another disadvantage is that the hand feel is obviously rough compared with the cardboard.
