Yes, white sample or color sample by ink-jet printing. We make a layout at first for customer to confirm, then offer a white mock-up sample to check the size, paper quality, weight-supporting ability. After structure confirmed, we will give customer a die-cut line to make artwork. Usually, it is customer who create the artwork for the display or the packaging box, if customer has difficulty or do not have designer to do this, we can help them as long as they offer basic artwork ingredient to us. Next is to make a color sample before mass production, in order to check the artwork content is put correctly on the corrugated display box and the high quality box.
It’s 1-2 days for white sample and 3-4 days for color sample.
No, because it is totally different from glue printing in mass production, so the color will be very different from the colors of mass production. If you want to see how the color will look like in mass production, we will offer customer A3 or A4 size printing proof which is 95% close to the color in mass production.
Yes. It’s usually 50$ for a white sample and 100$ for color sample, but this can be deducted from total value of order when order is confirmed,.
We usually ship by customer’s DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT account. If you don’t have courier the courier account, we can arrange delivery by using our courier agent service which costs much lower than official courier, and you pay us courier charge, which we will pay back to courier agent. This way costs much lower but a little longer to receive the parcel.
It’s 12-15 days for both PDQ display and quality paper box of mass production.
Yes, we do. Customer send their products to us, we help to assemble their POS displays well, put products on and filling boxes for the empty space if necessary. Finally We have hard enough outer carton and V-boards packed the whole display. Of course we will charge a little of labor fee for this service.
We usually consider to design the POP display structures by easily assembled, and offer a piece of manual paper to each packaging box. If customer still has no idea on how to assemble, we will take a short video to show them how to do step by step
